Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and packed before shipment. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing unless otherwise noted on the product listing.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States using USPS Media Mail. Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, Jeanne Argent Atelier cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at jeanneargentatelier@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue whenever possible.
Jeanne Argent Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Items marked as pre-order, made-to-order, or coming soon may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping timelines will be noted on the product page whenever applicable.
